Administration and IRS Compliance 

All contributions to this Fund are received and administered by Saint Joseph University Foundation, Beirut Inc., a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 81-5424816). 

The Foundation maintains exclusive legal control, authority, and discretion over all contributed assets and ensures that funds are used solely for charitable purposes consistent with its mission—including support of educational programs benefiting Saint Joseph University of Beirut. 

Saint Joseph University Foundation, Beirut Inc. is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law, and all disbursements are made in compliance with IRS regulations governing U.S. charitable organizations supporting international educational initiatives.
