The Sejaan Boutros Ghafari Endowed Scholarship Fund, established through the generosity of Mr. Sejaan and Mrs. Nada Ghafari, provides a lasting source of support for academically qualified and financially deserving students at Saint Joseph University of Beirut – South Campus. Built on an initial $1,000,000 permanent endowment, the Fund generates annual scholarships while preserving its principal to ensure long-term impact and sustainability. Administered by the Saint Joseph University Foundation, Beirut Inc. (501(c)(3)), this Fund strengthens access to quality education and invites others to join in expanding opportunity for future generations.
Purpose of the Fund
The Fund offers scholarship assistance to academically qualified and financially deserving students enrolled at USJ – South Campus. Income earned from the endowment supports scholarships every year, while the principal remains invested to secure the Fund’s long-term sustainability and impact.
A Legacy of Faith, Family, and Education
Created through the generosity of Mr. Sejaan and Mrs. Nada Ghafari, the Fund reflects their lifelong commitment to education and service.

All contributions may be acknowledged in Foundation communications in the U.S. and Lebanon, unless anonymity is requested.
